THYNK Inc. uses an electroencephalographic (EEG) headset to read brainwaves and teach children how to concentrate and develop better focus and self-regulation while playing an adventure game called Skylar’s Run (“Game”). The Services are designed to challenge children’s cognitive abilities and provide a safe and fun environment for them to practice and enhance these skills. Regular use of the Services can help children improve focused attention, impulse management, and self-regulation skills, all of which are crucial for academic success and personal growth.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Services in the state of Florida, your child must be eligible as determined by the Services’ requirements. You must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
3. Privacy
